Allamex always takes care to send the products as shown on our website. Please bear in mind that the phone/tablet/computer and browsers you use may also present colours slightly differently.
You can review your sales receipt on your ”orders” page. If you have trouble to find your sales receipt you can also contact to us.
We’ll display an out-of-stock status if an item is not currently available.
Even if the website showed the item as available while placing the order, we may run out of stock by the time we can process it. We’ll email you to let you know that we canceled item or the order. We restock items as quickly as we can. Be sure to check the item listing for availability.
After you purchase an item you will receive a tracking number. Tracking number can be found on your Account > Orders. You will be able to track every movement of your order.
